This year’s Tour de France will be the 96th Tour de France. Starting today (July 4 2009), it will start in the principality of Monaco with a 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) individual time trial that includes a section of the Circuit de Monaco.

HBO Sports presents another must see world-class boxing match with a welterweight title on the line. The MIGUEL COTTO VS. JOSHUA CLOTTEY match is presented live Saturday, June 13 from Madison Square Garden.

The winner of this match is expected to move next in line for a potential fight against the best pound-for-pound and current WBO junior welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao.

Bob Arum of Top Rank promotions, who handles Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey and Manny Pacquiao, says no decisions will be made until after the fight.

I think a Cotto-Pacquiao match is more possible than Pacquiao-Mayweather because Cotto is also under Bob Arum’s Top Rank while Mayweather is under Golden Boy promotions.

Manny Pacquiao should fight a welterweight champion which will give him another belt rather than a loud mouth retiree who came back for the sake of money!

Manny Pacquiao showed why he is considered the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world!

The Filipino boxing sensation stopped Britain’s Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton in the second round to claim the IBO light-welterweight title at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday (Sunday morning in Manila).

Manny knocked Hatton down twice in the first round and finished off with a powerful straight left hand blow to the head that sent him flat on his back in the middle of the ring.
